Main floor includes master bedroom, sunroom, game room, guest room, powder room, laundry, and kitchen.

Stepping up the oak wood staircase you will find the remaining four bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

Kitchen is equipped for ease of use with lots of countertop space, electric appliances, and large sink, opening up to the side deck with even more room for entertaining. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a large shower, soaking tub, and double sink vanity. Game room has plenty of space for activities, board games, or cards. Whether you spend most of your time relaxing indoors or adventuring outside Bourbon Estate has something for you. Meandering creek lines the Meadow with beautiful waterfalls flowing into the meadow floor.
